The old blog was something burning hundreds of Watts in a datacenter. Total power consumption: 110-120W average, over many years. Shutdown somewhere in the first weeks of the corona pandemic.

This one is a bunch of docker containers eating cycles in the background of my M2 pro. Total power consumption: 5-6W average. The blog by itself is probably measured in milliJoules per pageview. Hundreds. I think. I have to work out some justification for this number.

Future plans: I bought a bunch of SBC’s:

eventually you will move onto there. Not now, some other time. Let’s see if I can lower the Joules per pageview.
